The Agreement
The Treaty of Norvos
Article I: Defending The Reich
Valyria hereby agrees to protect the Strumfaher Reich. Both Valyria and the Strumfaher Reich agree to abide by the terms of this Protectorate Agreement.
Article II: Sending of Crows
Both Valyria and the Strumfaher Reich agree to communicate regularly on all happenings by the sending of crows.
Article III: Promise of Gold
Valyria will assist the Strumfaher Reich with economic knowledge and funding in order for proper settlement.
Article IV: Reviewing
The Treaty of Norvos will be reviewed every 30 days. Valyria and Strumfaher Reich must agree to continue this agreement or void it each monitoring period. Should one side chose not to renew, then the Treaty of Norvos becomes void after the 30 days.
Article V: Troubled Times
Should either Valyria or the Strumfaher Reich find itself in troubled times and unable to continue this agreement, crows shall be sent to inform the cancellation of this agreement, which shall take effect after 72 hours of receiving the notice. Should Strumfaher Reich be unable to continue its existence, Valyria will do everything possible to find a place in Valyria for their members.
